Daring Leadership is a leadership development and career coaching service based in regional NSW, founded by Heidi, an experienced coach and facilitator with a deep passion for empowering others. Heidi needed a brand and website that felt warm, trustworthy, and grounded in purpose, while also appealing to professionals and organisations seeking transformational growth.
What I Did:
We started with a clear and collaborative brand strategy process to define Daring Leadership’s values, mission, vision, and tone of voice. From there, I created a visual identity that captured the essence of transformation and emotional intelligence — with a muted colour palette inspired by the Australian bush (pale peach, sage green, and warm brown) and a hand-drawn flower symbolising growth and resilience.
The logo features a relaxed, script-style typeface paired with clean, modern supporting fonts to reflect both approachability and professionalism.
The Squarespace website brings it all together with a soft, nature-inspired design. I incorporated natural textures and elements, and spacious layouts to create a calm, confident user experience. Visitors can easily explore Heidi’s services, read about her background, and book a discovery session.

The final result is a cohesive brand and digital presence that feels thoughtful, trustworthy, and true to Heidi’s work. It’s designed to connect with leaders and organisations across rural and regional communities, offering a sense of calm expertise and support from the very first click.
